Rettel is a web-based game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the service in a lawful manner and not to engage in any activity that disrupts, harms, or interferes with the game, its systems, or other users.

Rettel uses rewarded advertisements only as a gameplay option. Users may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement in order to replay a game. Watching a rewarded ad is completely optional and is not required to access Rettel.
No Monetary Value: Replays or other in-game benefits granted after viewing a rewarded ad are virtual features only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or goods.
Conditional Delivery: A replay is granted only if the rewarded advertisement is successfully completed and confirmed by our third-party ad provider (Google AdSense). If an ad is skipped, closed early, fails to load, or cannot be verified, no replay will be issued.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability of rewarded ads or the ability to replay a game at any time.
Session-Based: Replays are tied to the current session or device and may be lost due to refreshes, technical issues, or data clearing.
Rettel uses Google AdSense (including Google H5) to provide rewarded advertisements. We do not control the content, availability, or behavior of advertisements served by third-party providers.
Any interaction with an advertisement or advertiser is solely between you and the third party. Rettel is not responsible for any products, services, claims, or content provided by advertisers.
All game content, including but not limited to code, design, graphics, text, logos, and the name “Rettel,” are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying ideas of Rettel without prior written permission.
Rettel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.
Game progress, scores, or rewarded replays may be lost due to technical issues, updates, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rettel and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of gameplay progress or inability to access rewarded ads.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Rettel after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
